We offer travel insurance packages which you can purchase when making a reservation. They are available in two options for length of coverage, i.e. a 10- and 28-day version. The coverage of the two packages is identical, with the duration as the only difference. General scope of insurance coverage The assistance package includes transportation costs of the policy holder, visits from immediate family members, care over the insured person’s children, as well as help in case of flight delays or theft of documents, cards or cheques. The passenger’s luggage is also covered by the insurance during travel. In certain acts of nature which prevent the passenger taking the flight according to the ticket purchased, the insurance additionally covers the reimbursement of ticket price for the Insured. Detailed insurance cover and amounts differ and have been described for each individual country. In order to obtain the details, please refer to the General Insurance Conditions stipulated for particular states to which the product applies. Your insurance policy number is the number of a Centralwings reservation for which a selected 10- or 28-day insurance package was purchased.
